Contact our guest services team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Carefully wrap your pottery in its original protective packaging and double-box the item to prevent breakage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
